For Home: ground floor needs a hall and at least one kitchen somewhere. For School / College / Office / Mall / Company the counts map to classrooms, cabins, retail units, etc. automatically.

A terrace garden needs a flat roof, so all five plans use a flat RCC roof when it is ticked.
